Extraordinary Ministers of the Eucharist

Practicing Parish members who assist in distributing the Body and Blood of Christ at Masses and to our home bound parishioners. Training is required. If interested, contact the Rectory office, 201-436-0857, Ext. 110.
Food Pantry
Our parish collects food donations from our parishioners to stock St. Henry’s Food Pantry, located in the Rectory office. Anyone in need of food may come to the Rectory office on the FIRST and THIRD WEDNESDAY of each month, 10:00 AM to 12:00PM (only) to receive a bag of non-perishable, miscellaneous food items. Proof of Bayonne residency required. Only one bag will be distributed per household.
As part of our partnership with St. Vincent de Paul Parish, St. Henry parishioners in need of food may also access the Food Pantry located in the basement of St. Vincent’s Rectory, 46th Street near garage. You must indicate you are from St. Henry Parish and bring current picture ID and current proof of residence. See the bulletin for available dates.
Gatekeepers
Having experienced the healing and transforming power of God and received the gifts of the Holy Spirit, the Catholic Charismatic envision to be a community, gathered together in worshipping God and living out his loving presence committed toward spiritual growth. The Gatekeepers meet every Friday at 7:30 PM in the St. Benedict Chapel (located in our church). First Friday – Novena & Healing Mass; 2nd & 3rd Fridays Bible Study. Lectors
At Mass, Lectors read the Appointed Scripture of the day and the Prayer of the Faithful. Lectors receive a workbook containing the Scripture for every Sunday of the year so they may prepare their readings. Training is required. If interested, contact the Rectory office at 201-436-0857, Ext. 110

Rosary Society
Rosary Society 2024-2025 Calendar
Organization of parish women, dedicated to the Rosary, who get together throughout the year for spiritual and social events. Monthly meeting on Sundays. For more information, call Roseann Hogan, President, at 201-565-5638.
Servants of Jesus, Mary and Joseph
This spiritual group holds Devotion to Our Mother of Perpetual Help every Wednesday at 7:30 PM in the St. Benedict Chapel (located in our church); First Wednesday Novena and Mass at 7:30 PM. They also hold a Novena to Senor Santo Nino every Friday at 7:30 PM in our Parish Center. For more information, call Imee Macalindong at 201-912-1245.
Track Team for Children
